My leadership coaching is for people in positions of responsibility who are ready to work through the internal and relational challenges that come with the role.

Whether you’re a senior executive, a team manager, or a founder, we’ll focus on helping you lead in a way that’s authentic, sustainable, and grounded in who you are.

Many of the leaders I coach are highly capable and driven. But they come to me because something isn’t working:

  • They’re successful on paper but stressed, stretched, or disconnected underneath.

Our work together often involves identifying the real source of friction—whether it's emotional, interpersonal, or internal—and building insight, tools, and new habits that help you move forward with clarity and purpose.

Leadership coaching with me is:

  • Practical and reflective – we’ll explore real challenges and patterns, then work on clear next steps.
  • Confidential and supportive – this is a space where you can be honest without pressure or performance.
  • Relationally focused – I specialize in helping leaders navigate the people side of leadership, especially when trust, power, or communication are at stake.
  • Rooted in evidence and experience – I bring together deep listening, structured coaching tools, and current research in positive psychology, wellbeing, leadership, and systems.

Sessions are typically online and last 50 minutes. You’ll have space to pause, think, and strategize—with someone who gets how complicated leadership can be behind the scenes.
